At an early age I first started to experience a neurological phenomenon known as Synesthesia, which leads to a clashing of sensory stimulations between the physical and the psychological. My work explores the idea that because of this experience, I step through two worlds – the one surrounding me and the one within me. Inspired by this binary, I investigate the dualities between real vs. unreal, static vs. fluidity, traditional vs. nontraditional, and satire vs. somber.

Using digital media and drawing methods, I have developed a visual language that speaks to the ideas of time, relationships, and identity. Uniting my subjective and objective realities, I am interested in creating an intimate response to human emotion. My work is driven by the undeniable feelings we as humans uniquely experience in unexplained spaces.
